The Betty Chan Award is presented twice a year in honor of Betty Chan, a Gap Inc. IT employee who unexpectedly passed away in 1994. Betty was known for her exemplary work ethic, leadership and commitment to quality. Any IT employee, up to and including director level is eligible to receive this award.
