Enterprise Portals/Intranets

Web Based Training (WBT)

It is the goal of any experienced Web Architect to develop an application that is so intuitive that it doesn't require training of any sort for the users. However, this is not always the case. In these situations, Web Based Training (WBT) applications need to be created to get the user knowledgeable and experienced with the target application in the shortest amount of time possible.

Duane Nason has designed, developed and deployed dozens of WBTs – ranging from simple static-based web pages, to dynamically-driven content with scoring systems, to fully-interactive AJAX-based systems.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

Content Management Systems (CMS) allow non-technical (and technical) users to easily create, edit, manage, search for, and publish content and digital media to web sites, portals, or online repositories. Once end-users are provisioned into the system, they can access the web-based CMS application and enter content via “fill-in-the-blank” forms and publish their content based on predefined workflows.

Duane Nason has extensive experience deploying, managing, designing and developing templates for and training users on Content Management Systems. Duane has extensive working experience with Enterprise-strength Documentum/EMC Web Publisher, as well as open source CMS applications.

Social Software

Social software applications encompass a range of systems that allow users to interact and share information. Examples include wikis, blogs, social bookmarking, RSS feeds, mashups, and others.
